Drat. Going to be nasty icy out tomorrow, though.<\/p>\n<p>Finished another baby sock tonight, this one from Cat Bordhi&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/New-Pathways-Sock-Knitters-Book\/dp\/0970886969\/ref=wl_it_dp?ie=UTF8&#038;coliid=I2N50C4QN3PMQ9&#038;colid=1NG681W6ESBXM\" target=\"_blank\">New Pathways for Sock Knitters<\/a>:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3579\/3321300380_2588d5a761.jpg?v=0\" alt=\"Little Sky Sock\" \/><br \/>\nSame yarn as the last baby sock, but a different method this time &#8211; two circulars instead of double pointed needles. I&#8217;ll actually do a mate to this one for practice next, and then try the toe-up ones next. I even took some measurements of my foot for some Moose-sized socks after that. <\/p>\n<p>The two circulars method of knitting them was much more pleasant than using double pointed needles. Nothing was in danger of falling off the needles as I moved the piece around, and seeing the whole thing flexibly in the round was much nicer. I look forward to trying this with toe-up socks and being able to try the things on while knitting them up.  Also, <a href=\"http:\/\/knitty.com\/ISSUEspring06\/FEATmagiccaston.html\" target=\"_blank\">Judy&#8217;s Magic Cast-on<\/a>?
