02/07/25 a.m. 34:46 run in RCP (~3mi); AHR 170; MHR 188; Recovery: 66. Good run this morning. Humid as all out. Record here doesn't show the dancing I did last Wed. and Sat., so it's not that I've not exercised. Been keeping up with the weights, too. Eating, on the other hand, has been spotty. :-p Need to fix more at home. But the run was good, slow in the beginning half, a tad more intense the way back (that lovely downhill/uphill issue).

02/07/16 a.m. 35:16 run in RCP (~3m). AHR: 168; MHR: 179; Recovery: 67. Sleep makes all the difference. Was the first time in ages that I strapped on the monitor and it showed 70-something (instead of 80 or 90 something!) right off the bat. Run was nice and relaxed, as planned. Just want to get through a week or two of just running without pain, not pushing, just getting out and doing it. Good second step this morning, so will keep this up.

02/07/13 a.m. 35:41 run in RCP (~3m). AHR: 172; MHR: 181; Recovery: 66. Run today was much, much better. I got more sleep this week, rested, kicked the caffeine again. Amazing how ugly caffeine can be to your body. No calf pain today, no other pains, either. Was glad to have gotten out and ran. Perfect weather, too. 70s, low humidity, overcast. Nice! Now is time to keep this up, and rebuild all I lost over the past several months. Between breaking up, re-caffeinating, and just generally dealing with a lot of mess, it's been hard to exercise; too much stress on ye olde body.

02/07/04 a.m. 35:06 run in RCP (~3m). AHR: 167; MHR: 189; Recovery: 22. Run today sucked ass. It was okay starting out, even if hot and nasty out (orange ozone day). But after the halfway mark I walked a couple of times, spending not quite he majority of the time walking. Just got overheated and had to let off. Oh well, there's always next time.

02/07/03 p.m. 20:04, biked to Petco and back (~ 2.8 miles). AHR: 146; MHR: 171. Biked to the pet store and back to get litter and food. Not as heavy as the last time (only one litter). Thrill was getting up to 38.5 mph on the way down Porter Street on the way home. Woo-hoo!

02/07/03 p.m. 44:14, biked home (~ 8.2 miles). AHR: 147; MHR: 173. Good ride home. Took it easy, not much hammering going on (thank you red ozone day), but still a decent time home.

02/07/03 a.m. 38:33, biked to work (~ 7.5 miles). AHR: 144; MHR: 166. Good ride in, despite the annoying closures on the mall, and the red ozone alert.

02/07/02 p.m. 32:38 run in RCP (~3m). AHR: 178; MHR: 195; Recovery: 51. Another scorcher of an evening with the group. Yowch. Not bad in the end. Calf was behaved up through the 20 minute mark, then twinged a tad before settling down again. The rides to and from weren't bad. Is a good idea to eat with the group, too - I end up getting a fat free veggie sandwich from S*bway, which has got to be better than trying to whip up something processed here.
