03/01/28 a.m. 22:45 run in RCP (~1.5 - 2.0 mi?). Yes, it was 17 degrees out and yes, I still went running. Yes, I'm crazy. :-) It was a good run. Wore the full "power rangers" outfit with the biking jacket over it as a wind breaker/reflector (it's dark out there!), gloves and a hat. I thought I was going a lot slower, but only 25 seconds. Go fig. And almost a negative split, too. I guess the cold was a nice motivator for getting back inside.

03/01/26 p.m. 22:19 run in RCP (~1.5 - 2.0 mi?). Bloody head cold kept me away from running. Again. Really need to work on the allergy management, I think. Run went well, no walking. Up to the stone fence and back. Was warmer out that the weather report would have you believe; I should have worn shorts. Of course, the weather report is also showing snow, too, which is definitely not happening in the park at the moment (it's nice and sunny). Moderately tired, but feel better for having run.

03/01/14 a.m. 21:30 run on the treadmill (2.0 mi). Went upstairs instead of outside - it's in the low 20s and I didn't feel like dealing with it today. Ran on Sunday, but I forgot to record it, so I'm not quite the slacker that this looks.

03/01/12 a.m. 20-some minute run in RCP (~1.5 - 2.0 mi?). Ran to the zoo entrance and back. Forgot to record it on Sunday, but it was a good run.

03/01/10 a.m. 22:14 run in RCP (~1.5 - 2.0 mi?). Ran well, no walks. Nice temps out, was borderline for shorts/tights, but wore tights (any longer would've been too warm). Was nice to watch the sun kissing the tops of the trees as it rose.

03/01/01 p.m. 35:06 run in RCP (~3 mi). My annual New Year's Day run. :-) Is grey and icky outside, and I wore far too much clothing, but was not a bad run all things considered. Did take two short walk breaks, one to clean my glasses and one to reassess before running across Beach Drive. Wasn't my best New Year's Day run, but at least I'm consistent in doing them.
